"Our household has been using the services of Rick Tinker Insurance for well over a decade. Their office helps keep us on track with renewals, with making sure that we fill out or submit any necessary documentation, and helps find the best plans to fit our family budget. I can't speak to the experience of the negative reviews on here but I do know that there are 2 sides to every story. I also know that sometimes when it comes to changes that are made to our plans that sometimes there are things that we, as policyholders, are required to provide or update and if those items are not updated/or submitted in a timely manner they can definitely impact us financially. I certainly don't know if that's what happened with those negative reviews but what I can say is that in the 10 years or so that my household has been with Rick Tinker, I've not encountered such issues. If anything, my experience has been nothing but positive."
